Sonja has been an integral part of the dahl team, most recently serving as our Wholesale Canada Manager, where she built strong relationships and consistently delivered exceptional service to customers and partners nationwide. Sonja’s ability to understand customer needs, collaborate effectively, and support our Wholesale network has made her a trusted leader across the organization.

Sonja will oversee dahl’s Customer Service team, focusing on strengthening the customer journey, enhancing service delivery, and ensuring our customers continue to receive the exceptional support they know and expect from dahl.
